  After not saying anything for a full 30 minutes of waiting for our order, asked to speak to manager. Young guy stuck his head out of the kitchen window and said they were doing the best they could. Got an attitude, put our order in window, and told young girl up front to 'get this order out of my window'. Absolutley ZERO managerial oversight. Dirty, always out of ice, tea, and condiments. The entire staff act like it is a bother to actually do there job and wait on a customer.

  I only gave it 2 stars because the food was good, however the service was not so good and the atmosphere was was hood like. Hood meaning they were out of condiments and drinks as well as the cashier cursing with their friends who came in.

  Food is ok. But i eaten here twice in the last month and its really need some management. First time we literally had to ask the staff to move so we could even get in the door because 2 of them were laying in the floor. Last time it took the staff staring at me for at least 15mins before anyone even spoke. The lady that took my order was pleasant. but the guys really need to work on being professional. I had hope things had change since last time i was in town but i see it hasn't. we will just avoid this zaxbys next time were in town.

  This place needs some work all staff are friendly but the place needs a good cleaning the toaster oven on the counter looks like it has never been cleaned the floor was dirty behind the counter
